Old Dominion Helps With Fans’ Clever Gender Reveal During Show

Old Dominion revealed some big news to a pair of fans at a recent show. The band's frontman, Matthew Ramsey, helped a couple reveal the sex of their baby.

The expecting couple created a clever sign to capture the band's attention. Playing off Old Dominion's song, "Shoe Shopping," the sign said, "Help us reveal the gender of our baby so we can go 'shoe shopping.'" A pair of blue baby shoes and one pair of pink baby shoes were added to the sign.

"I've never done this before. We're about to tel somebody if they're having a boy or girl," Ramsey told the crowd while holding the couple's sign onstage. As he pulled the paper listing the baby's gender out of the envelope he admitted, "I'm nervous!"

"You have no idea, really? That would mean that, like, right now, me and the doctor are the only people in this world that know," he says before revealing, "It's a boy!"

The crowd cheered as the sweet couple celebrated the big news. Watch the video of the special moment below.
